Born From One Mother's Vision
Feed the Need Sensory Zone was created after founder Tiana Haygood recognized the need for safe, inclusive, and sensory-friendly spaces for neurodivergent individuals and their families.
What began as a mother's mission to support her son has grown into a community-driven organization providing sensory experiences, educational programs, family support initiatives, and inclusive opportunities throughout Michigan and beyond.
Today, we continue creating spaces where individuals can connect, engage, and thrive.
Introducing Messy Middle Homeschool Co-op
A sensory-friendly homeschool community where neurodivergent middle-school learners can learn, connect, build confidence, and thrive in a supportive environment.
Hosted in partnership with Stony Creek United Methodist Church, Messy Middle Homeschool Co-op was created to provide families with a flexible, inclusive learning environment designed specifically for neurodivergent students and those who benefit from sensory-friendly accommodations.
More than a homeschool co-op, Messy Middle is a place where students can build friendships, develop life skills, explore their interests, participate in community experiences, and learn at their own pace.
Families also gain access to a supportive community that understands the unique journey of raising and educating neurodivergent children.
